Company-information, our terms for cancellation of orders by client.



RBK Services (K) Ltd. is committed to delivering as per our SLA (copy available on request).

If a client decides to cancel an order, the following rules apply:

1. 25% from the total invoiced amount is regarded cancellation-fee and is not refundable. This is fee is never a replacement for goods and/or services already delivered.

2. Cancellation-instructions have to be received by us 48 hours before shipping of any equipment.

3. We consider delivery done the moment the shipping-documents have been made available to the client (reason is that the addressee is the insured and thus the person to claim in case anything goes wrong, RBK Services (K) Ltd. has no rights once goods have left).

4. Clearing, forwarding, payment of all applicable taxes and fees etc. etc. are the sole responsibility of the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Extra charges as a result of delays are born by the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Once goods are shipped, cancellation of the order is not possible. If the client still needs to change anything, RBK Services (K) Ltd. can propose a trade-in or buy-back deal on request.

6. If RBK Services (K) Ltd. is confronted with unforeseen circumstances resulting in a delay of delivery, the client will always be offered the option to cancel the order free of above charges (bank-charges apply).

7. Refunds will be done within 14 days from cancellation of order.
