Cancellation of order to client:

RBK Services (K) Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order, from any client, at any time, at it's own discretion.

If the reason for cancellation is client-related, terms and conditions as per 'cancellation by client' apply.

If the reason for cancellation is RBK-Services-related (not able to supply), the client will be notified as soon as possible.


Cancellation of order to supplier:

RBK Services (K) Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order, to any supplier, at any time, at it's own discretion.

If the reason for cancellation is supplier-related (unable to supply in time), RBK Services (K) Ltd. is to be notified 48 hours before end of each lead-time agreed upon.

If the reason for cancellation is RBK-Services-related, supplier's terms and conditions apply.
